606 East Fairness Avenue is the address of my new classroom. My teacher friends will understand how beautiful this room is from the pictures. Just wait until I personalize it. I am thinking my Cardinals flag will look pretty good by those huge bookshelves.

Totally Missing!!
It seems it has been forever since I last posted and well it has! My mother informed me yesterday that she is giving all my relatives this website so I had better keep it up better. I must admit, I have become a Facebook junkie! I love it! I have found friends on there I haven't seen since grade school. It has been great getting to know them again.
What have the McCormick's been up to???
We moved Jackie's school stuff to her new classroom. I will post pictures of my room later.
It is heaven. Jackie has been taking distict classes. Sean and Shelby are on round two of swim lessons. Rob and I have been serving at our church CCV on Sunday mornings.
I have been watching entirely too much of the Lifetime Channel. Rob has been playing too much videos games. We have seen several movies. We went to the water buckets by our house. It seems like once again summer is vanishing before our eyes.
What do we have planned????
More swimming lessons.
More classes for Jackie.
Planning for returning to a classroom for Jackie. More movies.
More Video Games for Rob and Sean too.
Sean's birthday party - he wants a video game party (go figure).
We are heading to Flagstaff to the Arizona Cardinals camp the end of July.
When does the madness end?????

New Home ~ New Vision
The dust has settled!
Those of you who have talked to
me know the month of April was
mostly awful. I am so glad it is
mostly awful. I am so glad it is
over! I do have a new home and
more importantly a new vision!
After 6 interviews, I have finally
excepted a position teaching
5th grade at Diamond Canyon.
This makes me soooo very happy.
I know God picked this place for me.
Ask me I will have to explain - too
long of a story to post. When I left
the classroom, I came from 5th grade.
This is a grade I know and I am very
comfortable with. Even better, I will
be the Math (pinch yourself Jackie)
teacher to all 5 classes. Most teachers
would be freaking out right now. Nope,
not me. I am a Math geek! My days at
HLS have been gloomy, mostly feeling
like a doormat. Every single day I keep
praying it will change, but it is like my
hero said, "Peaks & Valleys!"
On a happy note, I have already fallen
in love with my new 5th grade team.
Yesterday, they sent me Congrats
flowers! Yes, I said flowers! They
are beautiful! These ladies are pretty
stinking special. I can't even believe
the kindness they have sent to me.
Thanks to my new team.
P.S. Happy Kentucky Derby Day ~ my prediction is I Want Revenge!
